Instructions for use:
Alternate training for about 20 minutes a day with different weights.
Start with the single holder and the purple, yellow, or turquoise ball: they each weigh 40 grams, which is perfect for beginners. Use a small amount of water-based lubricant for a comfortable sensation.
After a little practice, you can switch to the double holder and combine the pink and blue balls: they weigh 50 and 60 grams.
Two ball holders are available, one holds a single ball, the other holds two balls. Both holders are very flexible and expandable, making it easy to change the different balls.
Each holder has a practical 5 cm long retrieval cord.
Balls and holders are made of body-safe silicone.
You can easily clean your Vita pelvic training kit with lukewarm water, a mild, antibacterial soap, or a sex toy cleaner.
